Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to use basicloud.ai, including people with disabilities. This statement covers this website; it is published by iCloudius Ltd, which builds and operates Basicloud.
The standard we follow
The site is designed to meet Israeli Standard IS 5568, which is based on the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 at level AA, as required by the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 2013. We also work toward WCAG 2.1 AA.
What we have done
- Semantic page structure with headings, landmarks, and a "Skip to content" link.
- Every function works with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline.
- Text alternatives for screenshots and diagrams; decorative graphics are hidden from screen readers.
- Text and controls meet AA color contrast.
- Animations respect your device's "reduce motion" setting, and slideshows have a pause button and stop while you hover or focus them.
- Pages adapt to phones and to browser zoom up to 200% without losing content.
- Form fields have visible labels, and required fields are marked.
- An accessibility menu (the round button at the bottom-left of every page) lets you enlarge text, raise contrast, underline links, and stop animations. Your choices are remembered on this device.
Known limitations
- Product screenshots are pictures of the Basicloud application and contain small text. Each one has a description, and the same information is written in the page text.
- The contact form is submitted to our CRM provider (Salesforce). If the form doesn't work for you, write to us by email instead.
If you find anything else that is hard to use, please tell us — we fix accessibility issues as a priority.
How we test
We check pages with Lighthouse's automated accessibility audit (axe-core rules), by keyboard, and at phone sizes. The last review was on 1 October 2026.
