Every company we talk to has the same shape of problem. The business runs on a system of record — usually Salesforce — and the people who need that data every day can’t see it. Customers email for status updates. Partners get spreadsheets. Contractors get a login they shouldn’t have.
The existing answers are all expensive in their own way: buy licenses for people who need one screen, hand out org access and hope, or spend two quarters building a portal in-house — and then maintain it forever.
Basicloud is our answer: connect your system over OAuth 2.0, configure layouts and sharing rules visually, and deliver secure, white-label portals to customers, partners, and employees. Your data never moves — every query is proxied live, so your system stays the source of truth. Extend it with modules — real-time Task Boards, Hour Reporting with a monthly lock, a Payment Report for approving hours before billing, custom workflows — and it stops being just a window and starts being working software.

Where we are today
Salesforce is live. NetSuite and HubSpot connections are coming next. The architecture is multi-tenant with row-level access control, 2FA, encrypted tokens, and audit trails. There’s no self-serve signup yet; we run every new team through a personal demo on real data, because that’s where the “oh, it’s live” moment happens.
If your data lives in Salesforce and your people live outside it, we’d like to show you what a week of Basicloud looks like.
